The Southern Tier Mothers' Center (STMC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1983 for mothers and children in the Elmira, Corning and Horseheads area. Our purpose is to provide a warm and welcoming place to meet and share the feelings and experiences we encounter in our role as mothers.
