Southern Maine Parent Awareness (SMPA) is a 501c organization. We will have been in business for 30 years in April 2010. SMPA is dedicated to providing information, refferal, support and education to families who have children and youth with special needs throughout the state of Maine. All of our services are provided free of any charges.
