Description
The Southern Maine Flame girls Amateur Softball Association (ASA) organization is a non-profit group dedicated to providing local girls with the opportunity to play softball at the highest level of competition. Our organization is made up of six teams with girls ranging in age from 10 and under through 18 and under. Although we are a Scarborough Maine based organization, we also have players from all across southern Maine. Our goal is to teach the girls the fundamental skills necessary to compete on the softball field while building character and instilling a strong sense of sportsmanship in each and every player. Our coaches are dedicated to this philosophy as well as teaching teamwork. Through dedication and hard work, our organization has earned a formidable reputation throughout Maine, New England and beyond. The Southern Maine Flame has won 10 State Championships and 3 New England Championships.
