Description
The purposes of the Foundation are exclusively for charitable and educational purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation. In pursuing such purposes, the Foundation shall not act so as to impair its eligibility for exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. In furtherance of such purposes, the Foundation intends to support the SOLANCO School District (“the District”) schools, the students, faculty and staff, and to promote, enrich, and carry out educational opportunities by obtaining and allocating funds that extend beyond the District’s fiscal budget.
