Description
Mission: The Southern Colorado AIDS Project (S-CAP) mission is threefold:
?To provide caring, empowering and culturally sensitive services, support and hope to those infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Colorado
?To deliver effective, research-based prevention programs that target high-risk populations within our 25-county service area
?To educate our communities regarding HIV transmission and other issues pertinent to the elimination of this epidemic
