Description
Southeast Youth Academy (SEYA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community based organization. We work collaboratively with teens during out of school time to enrich their academic, social and cultural experience by providing scholastic support, creative programming, recreational activities and leadership training. SEYA is committed to helping teens in the Southeast Baltimore community grow into productive adults.
Southeast Youth Academy operates a 21st Century Community Learning Center after-school program for middle school youth, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. SEYA strives to meet or exceed the standards outlined by the Safe and Sound campaign for programs designated as Youth Places. At SEYA, teens build friendships with peers and seek counsel from caring adults.
