Description
South Suburban PADS is an inter-faith program providing shelter and supportive services to homeless persons. PADS Daytime provides ongoing case management services, ombudsmen counseling services, direct referrals for mental health services and substance abuse programs, and many supportive services through Project WIN (Wellness Initiative Network), a collaborative effort comprised of community based medical, mental health, addiction and veteran affairs service providers working with PADS through the coordination of the Cook County Department of Public Health. Furthermore GED and vocational training classes are provided through Prairie State College.
