Description
The purpose of the South Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness is to eradicate the problems causing homelessness. Programs of the Coalition include the SGCEH Community Case Management Program which serves over 100 formerly homeless persons in an 18 county area of Southeast Georgia with opportunities to become self-sufficient and the Volunteer Connection which is comprised of two Corporation for National and Community Service programs, The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and the Foster Grandparents Program (FGP), serving ten counties in South Georgia.
