Description
South Florida Urban Ministries (SFLUM) moves people from poverty to prosperity. We focus on child & youth development through our after-school/tutoring programs as well as small business development via three annual 11 week training classes in English and Spanish. We also focus on financial assistance via the Center for Financial Stability in partnership with United Way. Each Thanksgiving, we also manage a Meal Delivery program along with several congregations where we deliver over 4.000 meals with the help of over 800 volunteers.
