South Bend Animal Care and Control is the only agency providing shelter to any animal in need - regardless of adaptability, from within the incorporated city limits of the city of South Bend.
SBACC also provides animal control services to South Bend city residents, enforcing animal care ordinances and responding around the clock to animal related emergencies.
