Description
Since 1972, Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services (SCES) has been the area’s aging information expert. SCES helps older people remain safe and independent in their own homes by providing a wide range of supportive services. In addition, SCES offers information and advice to caregivers, family members, and community members. SCES services are available to older residents of Cambridge, MA and Somerville, MA as well as their caregivers. Some services are available to younger adults with disabilities, and residents of the Greater Boston area.
