Description

Someone Cares, Inc. of Atlanta is a Community Based HIV/AIDS Organization.

Our mission is to empower the African American and Latino community, through HIV/AIDS education and prevention methods, assisting them to take control of their lives in making sound sexual decisions. To broaden people living with AIDS knowledge base to help them make conscientious choices about available health care options, and enhance their skills to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
