Sojourner Truth House provides shelter, safety, support, education and advocacy to break the cycle of violence because domestic respect is the right of every woman, man and child.

Sojourner Truth House is Milwaukee's largest and oldest emergency shelter for battered women. The shelter, 24-Hour Hotline and other program services touched the lives of over 24,000 individuals in 2006.
