Description
Through grassroots marketing The Society of St. Vincent de Paul exists to serve the needy and suffering in a person- to person manner, in the spirit of Justice and charity. We help neglected people regardless of race, creed, color, or religion. Advocacy for the poor is our priority. Being mindful of ways to help people fulfill their family responsibilities. We utilizing used goods to fund charitable works, as well as protect the environment by recycling 5 million pounds of goods each year.
We help with rent, utilities, food, clothing, furniture, legal services, employment, job training, and Second Chance, jail ministry, to re-establish the lost. We are referred by King County Hotline over any other assistance agency. Calls totaled 16,810 in St. Vincent de Paul’s "Help Line Center".
