"SNAP" Spay Neuter Assistance Program, conducts free, or low cost, wellness clinics for cats & dogs, plus free mobile, or low cost, spay and neutering services throughout San Antonio, Texas.

It is the San Antonio chapter I would like to submit for acceptance.

I think this is a worthy, much needed orgaqnization to add to Goodsearch. Saturday, I spoke with a couple and told them that I was going to submit SNAP for consideration, and am doing so a their behest.
