Description

SMCR is a non-profit, no-kill shelter located in Ellicott City, MD. Our cats have been surrendered by owners, found homeless on the streets, or given to us by emergency rooms to take care of. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, tested for Feline Leukemia/Aides, de-wormed, have had a physical by our vet, have had a fecal and their shots are up to date.
