Skyline CAP, Inc. offers programs that address education, housing, emergency assistance and outreach to children and families in Madison, Greene and Orange Counties. Skyline's largest program offers the nationally recognized Head Start Preschool program for 3 and 4 year olds in Madison, Greene and in towns located west of the Blue Ridge including Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah and Warren Counties.
