Description
The Welcome Center has been established to respond to the needs of newcomers in our neighborhood, community and country. Beginning life in a new country carries with it special challenges. Directed by the Sisters of Saint Joseph, the Welcome Center reaches out to those in need especially to newcomers who have not yet learned the language or culture of our city. The Welcome Center offers opportunities that enable immigrants and others to improve the quality of their lives through access to education, support services and programs leading to self-sufficiency.
