To many people in the Philadelphia area are struggling; struggling to pay medical bills due to lack of health insurance. We can help you help them. By donating to your fellow neighbors on the Sink or Swim Philadelphia Facebook page, you can make someone's life just a little bit easier. You won't pay off their entire medical bill, but maybe you can give them that little break they need, one month, where they dont have to decide between paying rent, or paying for their prescriptions. Every month a new story will be posted on the FB page; just check out the photos and stories and donate via "Chip In". Every little bit helps and all those little bits might just keep that person afloat, if just for a month.
