Works to reverse the high rate of unemployment for people with disabilities. The Sierra Group Foundation recently launched "One More Way", an open source national collaborative that will drive up employment by making direct connections easily available. Member is open to all job seekers, veterans with disabilities, agencies and service providers as well as all hiring organizations.
