Description
The SHIFT Coalition is a group of over 30 service providers, faith-based communities and government agencies that are working to prevent homelessness in the Greater Lowell, Massaschusetts area. Founded on the belief that homelessness is a community-wide problem requiring a community-wide response, the Coalition works to prevent homeless by providing flexible money to famlies and individuals who have the ability for self-sufficiency.
