Description
Sheffield Place is a transitional living program for homeless mothers and their children. We empower families to break out of the cycle of homelessness and poverty and become self-sufficient. This is accomplished through long-term shelter and comprehensive support services designed to help familes achieve greater self-determination; obtain and retain permanent housing; and increase their income and educational levels. We provide single mothers and children with a home and a future!
