Description

The Shamrock Foundation is an all volunteer organization dedicated to ending the pet over population problem through spay/neuter programs, foster, adoption into loving lifetime homes and emergency financial assistance. Last year Shamrock improved the lives of over 2000 animals in the Metro Louisville, Kentucky area.
