Description
SGR Slomberg Charitable Foundation is a non-profit foundation whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of children. This is done by supporting initiatives and programs that enhance the lives of children and their families.
This mission started with a husband and wife team Stuart and Christine Slomberg, who together has over 40 years in the fundraising business and a promise of someday “paying it forward”.
The promise is to a family in Coventry, Ohio who reached out with a helping hand to Stuart when he was a homeless young teenage boy. For two years they set a plate at the dinner table for him with no questions asked and offered support as he finished earning his high school diploma on his own. Something so simple changed Stuart’s life.
Over the years, we have given ourselves to bring hope and joy to other children. We hold true to our mission “TO POSITIVLEY IMPACT KIDS”.
