Description
STS has been serving the Midlands for over twenty years, founded in 1983 as the Rape Crisis Network. STSM serves Lexington, Newberry and Richland Counties. Our programs focus on crisis intervention and counseling to sexual assault victims and their families, hospital accompaniment and a twenty-four hour crisis hotline, medical and legal advocacy, referral and resource identification, community education, risk reduction, public awareness campaigns, and training for professionals on issues related to sexual assault/abuse. All services provided by STS are free to clients and confidential.
