Description
Provides continuity of care for children in Foster Care, from Residential Treatment Center to Group Homes to Foster Families. The children in their care receive the highest quality of care from the best trained staff available. To pay for this the foster subsidies from the state are supplemented by the Settlement Club, which raises money through a variety of events.
