Seton Academy, formerly known as Elizabeth Seton High School, was established in 1963 in South Holland, Illinois. Founded by the Sisters of Charity of the Roman Catholic Church, the all-girl school prided itself on its reputation as being “where all the smart girls are”.
Boys were first admitted in the Fall of 2003.

In recent years, 100% of Seton Academy graduates were accepted into the college or
university of their choice. 2006 Graduates received over 1.5 million dollars in college scholarships and grants. Every Seton student is issued a laptop
computer, eliminating most text books and a mountain of paper products.Seton offers 8 athletic programs for both boys and girls. Our Boys Basketball team was named to the top ten in the region.
