Description
SEQUOIA, Inc. is a private, non-profit social service organization that provides community-based residential and supported home living programs to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. SEQUOIA’s programs are designed to promote the dignity, personal development, independence, and community integration of these individuals.
We started in 1981 when some parents wanted to create a community resource for their sons and daughters who had developmental disabilities such as mental retardation, autism, etc. Today, we serve approximately 95 people in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
