Description
SIERF’s serves three equally important missions:
To provide information and education support for consumers and professionals.
To support research efforts in the area of SPD and related disorders.
To provide treatment for those individuals who may not have access.
Through its mission, SIERF attempts to serve as a liaison to help parents advocate for their children and to help families link to health organizations within their communities that offer evaluation and therapy treatment with a sensory integration or sensory processing component.
