Senior Paws and Furry Friends

about

Mission and Vision The mission of Senior Paws & Furry Friends is to create a safe, cage-free haven for abused, abandoned, and senior animals. The ultimate goal is permanent placement with a loving, responsible human or in the case of elderly animals, a life long retirement community environment History Senior Paws & Furry Friends was founded in October 2007 by Libby Shields, Leyanne Battle, and Debbie Dillon. Before founding the organization, the group members worked in a variety of business's, but spent much of their time as volunteers rescuing and caring for homeless and/or endangered animals. Seeing the overwhelming need in the animal rescue and support arena, the group eventually united their passion, knowledge and experience to work within this challenging environment.
