Description

The Senior Care & Activities Center is a non-profit organization that has been serving the frail elderly, individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and support for their family caregivers since 1978. The Center's services include medical and social adult day care; an early stage memory loss support and socialization program--the Club; a disease management program for older adults with heart failure--the Heart2Heart program;and support groups, counseling, and education programs for their family caregivers. The Center serves all of Essex County and portions of Passaic and Morris counties in NJ. The Center's services are provided in a new state-of-the -art, 17,000 square foot facility.
