Self Help Center


Self Help Center is a Consumer Operated Services Program located in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri. The organization provides free peer-facilitated support groups, educational seminars and classes, peer specialist services, a food pantry and computer lab, and social reintegration activities. Self Help Center also provides as an outreach to the community Suicide Intervention Training using the QPR model, senior citizen supports using the DBSA model, and at times travel assistance for those using our Peer Specialist services. Individuals are free to come and go as they please and participate in what they consider to be valuable in helping them in their own recovery.
