Description

Second Chance is an animal rescue established in an effort to rescue, rehabilitate and locate loving homes for abandoned dogs found on the streets of Puerto Rico. We focus on the importance of spaying and neutering animals in an effort to bring an end to the suffering of the neglected on the streets. We operate exclusively from donations most often made by private citizens and the adoptive families. www.scarpr.org
