Description
In order to strengthen the water flying advocacy capabilities of the Seaplane Pilots Association, the SPA board of formed a non-profit Foundation to provide financial support for SPA to broaden and intensify its advocacy initiatives to counteract increasing levels of seaplane access restrictions.
