Description
Seacoast Family Promise serves local homeless families of the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire. To do this, faith communities around the seacoast host homeless families in their church or synagogue buildings for one week at a time. Volunteers from the congregations serve healthy meals to the families so that parents can focus their time and energy on finding employment and stable housing. Families also work closely with case managers to meet their individual family goals.
