Description

Scott's Run Settlement House is a non-profit agency located in Osage, West Virginia. We sponsor many different activities and programs throughout the year to benefit our impoverished community. All year round we have an active Child Development Center which offers accredited early education for only a percentage of the regular cost. We also have a very active emergency food pantry, which on average, serves about sixty families a week. We also provide seasonal support for our community through projects such as weatherization for local homes, Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas adopt a family, and Easter Baskets. Weekly, we host senior programming, and a quilting club for the women in our community. There is also a Gamblers Anonymous Club and Family Fun Nights hosted at the Settlement House.
