Description
We are a last-chance dog rescue organization, rescuing dogs who are on "death row" at the animal shelter and those who are abandoned and homeless. They are spayed/neutered, given shots and heartworm treatment, fostered in family homes, and adopted out to "forever" homes which meet our guidelines. Many of our dogs have behaviour problems, and require careful and loving re-training before they can be placed satisfactorily. We are an all-volunteer organization, with no funds going towards adminstrative costs, but everything going to the dogs' care. We do not turn away any dogs, ever, and have taken in dogs from out of the local area when we have been alerted to an urgent situation.
