Description
In response to the devastating events at Virginia Tech, Foundation for Roanoke Valley has received establish a non-endowed School Violence Assistance Fund. The Fund will provide support and assistance to victims of school violence and their families, with first preference being given to those affected by the senseless tragedy at Virginia Tech. While we know it is difficult to make sense of this tragedy, perhaps in some small way, the generosity of the community can help alleviate some small part of the pain and loss of those involved. One hundred percent of all contributions to the Fund will be used for this purpose.
