Description

We believe that, in the absence of fathers, boys need more than funding and programs -- they need mentors. Our mission is to "empower men to make a positive influence on a boy's life through mentoring," helping them become men of character and integrity.
One of the ways we do this is through "Boys To Men Conferences," to help men understand their role as mentors both in their sons' lives as well as in the lives of the many fatherless boys and young men in our churches and communities. This conference encourages, challenges and equips men to be the role models and mentors our boys need today.
We also train at Men's Retreats, Conferences, Men's Ministry meetings and any service or event that is focused on men and we set up mentoring programs in churches to reach out to their communities.
