Through comprehensive housing solutions, SAVE Inc. empowers those living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS to lead healthy stable lives with personal dignity

SAVE Inc was the first organization in the state of Missouri to provide supportive housing for those specifically living with HIV/AIDS. For 22 years we have been the leader in proving HIV/AIDS related services to the people of the Kansas City Metro Area.

SAVE Inc. has built or renovated 9 buildings, pumping well over 3.7 million urban-renewal dollars into the heart of Midtown Kansas City. We now own and operate a scattered site housing complex in the midtown section of Kansas City, Missouri. Through SAVE’s voucher programs over 700 individuals and families are given a home, or are able to keep their home, every month
