The Santa Clara Valley Blind Center has continuously provided for the needs of blind and visually impaired persons in the Santa Clara Valley since 1953. The mission of SCVBC is to "increase the confidence, independence and qualifty of life of the blind and visually impaired through educational, recreational and rehabilitative programs."
