Description
The mission of Santa Clara Family Health Foundation (SCFHF) is to promote health and well-being by mobilizing resources to make affordable, high quality health care available to everyone in our community. It is the first program developed in the nation to serve all low-income children not eligible for a state or federal program, SCFHF's primary focus became fundraising for Healthy Kids and the related outreach and enrollment efforts known as the Children's Health Initiative (CHI).
