Description
The mission of the foundation is to provide excellent medical/surgical services and treatments to low income children, thereby providing them with a better quality of life, ie: Cleft lip and palate repair.
As part of our programs, we support surgery expenses due to some congenital or acquired malformation, medicines, laboratories, specialized studies, materials and medical doctor honoraries. In order to have access to these subventions, we carry out a socioeconomic evaluation, which indicates if the patient qualifies according to their family income.
Awe also offer the Educational Program, whose objective is to help children, that because of their medical condition, have to stay hospitalized for a long period of time, so we help them in their academic development, thus minimizing scholar underachievement and their grade’s completion.
