Description

Established in 1977, The Samaritans of Rhode Island, a charitable, nonprofit 501(c)(3, is the state's only locally based philanthropic organization exclusively dedicated to suicide prevention, education and support for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. Our programs included our volunteer based Crisis Hotline/Listening Line, Safe Place Bereavement Support Group, Youth and Teen Education and Community Education. All programs and services are free.
