Description

We are a stand-alone non-profit that provides recuperative care to the homeless when they are discharged from the hospital or medical care facility. While staying with us, our guests are provided programs to identify and place them in: transitional housing, employment, rehabilitation center, long term healthcare, or other facility to provide an opportunity to make a change in their lifestyle.
