Description
Our mission is to feed the hungry in Wilkes County. This is accomplished through four free food programs; the BackPack Program, the Client Choice Pantry Program, the Saturday Delivery Program and Project: JOY. In 2008, food was distributed 35,000 times to our neighbors in need. We have seven staff members; two full time and five part time. Volunteers donated thousands of hours last year. They are the ones who make this organization happen everyday. Come out and be a part of something wonderful. Something extraordinary. Right here in Wilkes. Together we can end hunger.
