Description
Since 1998, Sahasra Deepika Foundation for Education has been dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for impoverished children in Bangalore, India. We provide housing, food, education and healthcare for 56 needy children--orphans or children from single-parent homes-- at Sahasra Deepika Institute. Through our innovative outreach programs, thousands of low-income students in the community have benefited from academic enrichment. Sahsara Deepika is committed to using the transformative power of education to raise children out of poverty and put them on the road to a better life.
