Description
Safe Space Inc. is a non-profit organization first established in 1995 to assist domestic violence victims and their children. The mission of Safe Space is to reduce relationshiop violence in Franklin County North Carolina and adjacent communities. All services are free of charge and confidential. Services provided are Court Adocacy, 24 Hour Emergency Shelter, Resource Referrals, Hotline Telephone Support, Weekly Support Groups, Children's Advocacy, Financial Assistance, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Advocacy, Information Referrals, Sexual Assault Prevention, Community Education and operation of a resale thrift store to raise funds to support all these domestic violence services.
