The Sacramento Tree Foundation is a national non-profit leader in education and advocacy for the urban forest and has taken on the ambitious goal of planting 5 million more trees in the Sacramento region. We know the combination of trees and civic engagement can improve the health and quality of life in our communities by cleaning and cooling the air, saving energy, strengthening property values, protecting wildlife habitat, and increasing the scenic values.
