Description

We are part of Lions Club International, the largest service organization in the world with clubs in 206 countries. We raise funds to provide eyeglasses and hearing aids to those who cannot afford them. We provide assistance (monetary and services) to community organizations such as My Sisters House, Mustard Seed School, and Grace Foundation. We volunteer our time and services to organizations such as Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Salvation Army, Alta Manor and Fairytale Town. Our signature project is the Sensory Garden and the Sacramento Zoo, which we installed and periodically maintain. We are active in raising funds for the UC Davis Medical Center Pediatric Trauma Unit and Low Vision Clinic. We have sponsored the Pacers for Peace Leo Club.
